Resident Evil: Death Island – The First Teaser Trailer Has Arrived!

Meanwhile, B.S.A.A. representative Chris Redfield is examining a zombie outbreak in San Francisco, where the cause of the infection can not be recognized. The only thing the victims have in common is that they all checked out Alcatraz Island just recently. Following that hint, Chris and his group head to the island, where a new horror awaits them.

While not pointed out in the description of the movie, you'll notice at the very end of the trailer that there's a short cutaway to Jill Valentine, another fan-favorite from the Resident Evil series.
